As the head of development in design solutions at our company I have the challenging task to convey the benefit of our technical solution to an audience with a non-technical background.  Andreas inspired me to use more examples in our content for our non-technical audience. 

I believe his way of combing higher level strategies together with his dozens of practical examples make his approach innovative.  I walked out understanding both why I need to build certain steps into our sales pipeline and how to do it.

He leads the workshop very interactively with many group discussions and team work sessions.  This is really outstanding because I have sat in many workshops and I can't take for granted what and how Andreas delivered his very relevant content.
